These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NasaTV IPTV service (“Service”) operated by NasaTV FZ‑LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, activating, or using a NasaTV subscription you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Term	Meaning
Content	Live TV channels, video‑on‑demand, EPG data, and any associated media.
Device	A smart TV, phone, tablet, TV box, set‑top box, PC, or other hardware capable of running an IPTV player.
Subscription	A time‑limited licence granting you access to the Service on one (1) Device at a time, unless your plan states otherwise.

2. Service description

We provide an encrypted playlist (M3U / Xtream portal) that allows you to stream third‑party Content aggregated from public sources.

We do not host, store, or redistribute copyrighted video ourselves.

3. User obligations

Personal use only – You may not share, resell, or publicly broadcast the playlist.
Device limit – Basic, Silver & Gold plans = 1 Device; Diamond = 2 Devices at the same time.
Fair use – Automated scraping or mass‑downloading of VOD files is prohibited.
Account security – Keep your username, password, and portal URL confidential.

4. Free trial

A 24‑hour free test is offered once per user / household. We may refuse, revoke, or shorten the trial at our discretion.

5. Payments & refunds

Currency: USD.
Accepted methods: Visa / MasterCard / Apple Pay / Crypto.
Refunds: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment only if
- a) the Service was never activated or
- b) downtime exceeds 24 consecutive hours.

6. Content availability & quality

Channel line‑ups and VOD counts change frequently; numbers on the marketing site are indicative.

Bit‑rate, resolution, and language tracks vary by source. We strive for 99% uptime but offer no guarantee of uninterrupted service.

7. Prohibited activities

Sharing your playlist on forums, Reddit, or resale sites.
Re‑encoding, recording, or redistributing streams without permission.
Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, including viewing banned material in your jurisdiction.

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All NasaTV trademarks, logos, and software are our property.

Third‑party logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Subscription without notice if you breach these Terms or any applicable law.

You may cancel at any time; no prorated refunds are issued for unused days.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current Subscription cycle.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Internet City free‑zone).

Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
