How do I activate my subscription?
Once you purchase a plan, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message containing your M3U link, Xtream Codes credentials, and setup instructions. Simply enter these details into your preferred IPTV player to start watching.
Do I need a VPN to use your service?
In most cases, a VPN is not strictly necessary. However, if your ISP blocks IPTV traffic or throttles your connection, using a reputable VPN can improve stability and bypass restrictions. We fully support VPN usage.
Can I use one subscription on multiple devices?
Standard subscriptions allow one concurrent connection. Meaning you can install it on multiple devices, but only watch on one device at a time. If you need multiple connections simultaneously, please look into our multi-connection plans.

What devices are compatible?
Our service works with almost any device: Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Amazon Firestick/Fire TV, MAG boxes, Android smartphones/tablets, iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), Apple TV, and Windows/Mac computers.
What is the best app to use?
For Android/Firestick: TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro are highly recommended. For Smart TVs: IBO Player, Flix IPTV, or SET IPTV. For Apple devices: IPTV Smarters or GSE Smart IPTV.

Troubleshooting

Why are the channels buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by internet connectivity issues. Please ensure you have at least 25 Mbps download speed. Try restarting your router and your device. If the issue persists, try connecting via ethernet cable or using a VPN.
My live channels aren't loading or show "Playback Error"
Try updating the playlist in your app. If changing the format from M3U to Xtream Codes (API) doesn't help, the channel might be temporarily down for maintenance. Please switch to an alternative channel and report it to our support.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there an auto-renewal feature?
No, we do not automatically charge your card. All our plans are one-time payments. We will send you a reminder email/message a few days before your subscription expires so you can manually renew if you wish.
